Platters

Crudites with homemade tortilla chips, guacamole and a blue cheese dip. 

Melon, prosciutto & mozzarella and Watermelon, mint & feta skewers with a Balsamic reduction drizzle.

Smoked Salmon, Sreme Fraiche & chive buckwheat blinis.

Above: Lamb & feta koftas and Thai chicken cakes with Tzaziki dip.

Zuchini and chickpea flour fritters with a zesty lime & creme fraiche dip.
