This awesome little cafe in the heart of the city of Cork is a hidden gem! It ticks all the boxes for me :-)
Situated in the
Crawford Art Gallery, surrounded by brilliant artworks in a bright, relaxed environment, you really get to take it all in. It was originally started by Myrtle Allen of
Ballymaloe House.
The food was fantastic, and quite simply the best Hollandaise sauce I have ever tasted!
The smoked salmon, from a local supplier,
Frank Hederman, was outstanding.
I highly recommend a visit.
