Competition time!

Chef Adrian Martin is one of the judges in the Le Crunch French Apples Search for Ireland's Best Home Cook.

Her.ie magazine are organising the competition.

I am heading to Dublin this Saturday to compete in the final.

The one criteria was that your dish had to include apples. I am preparing my Rhubarb and Apple Crumble with Chantilly Cream. Wish me luck!
