Chicken in Milk

This was an extremely tasty experiment. 
Not all cooking experiments turn out as this one did for me :-)
Ingredients:

1 chicken cut into pieces
500 ml milk
paprika, salt and pepper
fresh coriander to serve
3 potatoes peeled and cubed
1 cup cous-cous
1 clove garlic, sliced
1 carrot 
1 zucchini
1 onion
1 chilli seeded
Italian parsley
Salad: a few mint leaves
1 round feta
a few pecan nuts
a few slices cucumber
fresh rocket
red onion slices
baby, yellow tomatoes
balsamic and olive oil dressing
Method:
Blitz onion, carrot and zucchini, garlic and chilli in a food processor until finely chopped. Fry chicken pieces and brown in Olive oil in a large pot or wok. Add onion, carrot, zucchini, garlic and chilli and continue to fry for 2 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Season well with pepper, salt, paprika. Add 500 ml milk, cubed potatoes and Italian parsley.
Cover with the lid and allow to cook for about 20 - 30 mins.
Meanwhile prepare your salad by combining the ingredients and assembling on the plates.
Make the cous-cous according to box instructions, add salt, olive oil and stir in the mint leaves.
Serve hot with salad ans cous-cous.
