Carrot Devine

Try this simple way to prepare carrots and your kids will be begging for more.

Ingredients:
2 large carrots peeled and grated
90g butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
Melt butter in a frying pan. Add carrots and cook over a very low heat until soft. Add salt and black pepper. Serve with whatever you like!
I served it with a spinach, chicken and mushroom lasagne.
