POPUP BALLITO - Here we go!

For a while now, I have had an idea of doing  a pop up restaurant. I just hadn't met the right person who wanted to do the same thing, who had the same ideas and who was an incredibly talented chef.
Until a few months ago, when I met Tarnah Blane of Private Chef Ballito at the Mr Price Pro Cooking Competition.

So we have launched our Facebook Page, and website: www.popupballito.co.za, and will be kicking off at the end of October with our first one.

This past week, I had the privilege of helping Tarnah at SecretEATS, an underground supper club that runs once a month in Durban, Cape Town and Johannesburg.
What a thrilling experience! And I had a taste of what goes into creating a brilliant pop up restaurant.
