Our first Pop-Up done and dusted!

See some pics below of our first Pop-Up restaurant that we hosted at SMD Group in Ballito over Oct 31st and Nov 1st.
It was the most exhilarating thing and the most hard work I have done in a long time.

The guests absolutely loved the food, music and ambience. Our musician, Daniel Dos Reis www.danieldosreis.com, did a fantastic job and Tracey Logan from Meridian wines www.meridianwines.co.za, thrilled us with her selection of wine pairings, liqueur and port.

We were lucky to have brilliant waiters who tended to the guests every whim.
Guest Chef, surfer Josh Redman was amazing in the kitchen helping Tarnah Blane with getting out all the beautiful dishes to guests timeously.

We had amazing suppliers, Tracey's Cheeses www.traceysdeli.blogspot.com, Dawn of www.home-grown.biz, Coltempo www.coltempo.co.za and Corrinne's Kitchen.
