The Ultimate Cheese Souffle!

This week I made my very first souffles thanks to Julia Child!
I so enjoyed the fact that they came out beautifully - risen perfectly and light as a feather to eat.


Egg yolks, beaten egg whites & base mixture for the souffles - ready to go!
