Budget meals that taste delish!

If you and have to keep to a strict budget, the next two recipes are great!
You can make a huge batch of the flour tortillas and freeze them.

Flour Tortillas:

Ingredients:
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup warm water

Method:
Using your food processor, combine flour, salt, baking powder in the bowl. Pulse slowly while adding oil and water gradually. When mixture starts to forma ball stop processing.
Transfer dough to a floured surface. Divide dough in half an in half again and again until you have 16 equal portions.
Rest dough for 15 mins.
Roll each piece of dough into a circle approx. 6-7 inches in diameter.
Flour each tortilla well before stacking.
Fry in a dry pan (I spray with cooking spray every now and again) until you see brown spots.
Place the tortillas in a covered container. If freezing, separate with baking paper between each tortilla.

Falafel:
Ingredients:
2 tins chickpeas, drained well
2 medium onions
4 cloves garlic
2 chillies, deseeded
1 handful flat leaf parsley]
1 handful fresh coriander
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp coriander
Salt & pepper
oil for frying

Method:
Using your processor, blitz all ingredients to form a pulp, still grainy though, you don't want it too smooth.
Take walnut size quantities of the mixture and fry them in hot oil until golden. +_ 2mins.
